Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and logo on this website belong to the restaurant or to their authors. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Personal data

The information entered to book a table or place an order (name, email address, phone number, content of the request) is used to handle this request and to keep the history of your visits. The restaurant may also have brought over its customers' contact details from the tool it used before. It only sends you offers by email if you ticked the box provided on this website. Hamar AZZI is the data controller.

The restaurant keeps it for no longer than 3 years after the last booking or the last order or, for a customer brought over from another tool, after the date of that transfer.

It is never sold or passed on. On the restaurant's behalf, it is stored by ARDOIZA, the website host, on OVH SAS servers; confirmation emails are sent through the OVH SAS email service; all the website's traffic passes through Cloudflare, a company based in the United States: the safeguards for this transfer are described in the ARDOIZA privacy policy.

You can ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising trackers and no audience measurement tools.

If you choose a language, a session cookie named ardoiza_lang remembers it. It is deleted when you close your browser.

If you order online, the contents of your basket are kept in your browser, in session storage that is cleared when you close the tab.

Cloudflare, which relays the website's traffic, may set a technical security cookie. WordPress login cookies are only used by the restaurant, to manage its website.
